Ionia Conservation District Needs Volunteers!

Volunteers Needed
Each year the Conservation District provides over 30,000 trees to be planted over the Michigan landscape.
It takes several hands to make this large event run smoothly.
If you like trees and would like to learn more about the seedlings that you have purchased this spring or in the past,  please consider volunteering in honor of Arbor Day week on April 26th

We will package tree seedlings on this day starting at 8:00 am and ending about 4:00 pm.  We will hold the event at the Ionia Fair grounds in the front Merchant building.  Lunch provided.

The Ionia Conservation District is proud to promote tree planting.  Trees are a renewable resource that can provide multiple benefits to people and wildlife.

Please contact me by email or phone if you would like to volunteer.
